“Love Lissa! She is so kind and encouraging while quickly modifying to accommodate any physical restriction. High impact exercises trigger my runner’s knee. I’m able to complete the routines without constantly modifying moves and have yet to experience knee pain. Very low impact that works the entire body. Since it’s a small studio, with only 3 reformers, I get specific coaching immediately if I’m not doing a move correctly. I’m not lost in a room of overcrowded reformers wondering if I’m doing it correctly. Love this studio.”

“My mother was in a medically induced coma for almost a month. The hospital did not do any type type of range of motion. When we were finally able to get them to wake her up she was so weak she could not move her left side. She was only able to barely move her right side a few inches. She ended up with a trach in her throat and a feeding tube. She was at Evergreen wood right around a month. They have helped her in every way to get better and strong to be able come back home. The hospital told her she would never be able to live at home again. The staff are caring and so helpful. The management staff are great. They care as much as the floor staff and are very knowledgeable. The therapy department amazing! They helped my mom to the extent she was able to do more for herself and walk further than she ever thought possibly again. I cannot thank everyone at Evergreen woods enough for all you help. “Wonderful experience!! Hands down I’m the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a dental office in my life. Start to finish. Even before my visit I felt well taken care of when I received confirmation that my insurance would be accepted, rather than “probably, but not sure…” I’d received elsewhere. The staff at Total Dental Care exudes professionalism to a person. The office itself I found relaxing and soothing in its ambience. There’s art on the walls, and I was blown away when the dentist’s chair I sat in for my cleaning reclined and a screen with nature films & other viewing options appeared on the ceiling above me. Everything in the office appears to be state of the art. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name (!), but the woman who took my X-rays was thoughtful and kind in explaining the process as she went, and fun to talk to. Dr. Lee was very kind, thorough, and generous with his time. He was patient and informative in replying to some questions I had about my dental hygiene going forward. Kelsey the hygienist was so friendly, and offered me the suggestion that some staining on my teeth may have been caused by eating dark fruit, and that I might try rinsing after eating blueberries. The whole team in front is on their A game, and not above having a good time while they work. I can’t recommend Total Dental Care highly enough. I left feeling well taken care of, and looking forward to my next visit.”

“I have been a patient at the Tille Eye Care center for years and have valued his care. The one aspect of the exam that has changed, and I disagree with is that the photo of the retina that used to be an optional add on is now a mandatory part of the exam, raising the cost of the visit from around $80 dollars to around $130. There is now no way to opt out of this test. As a physician, this is an unnecessary yearly test for someone with no eye disease, or nothing on exam suggesting a problem. This is also unnecessary for children and adolescents especially on their yearly exams. I hope they reconsider this practice change.”
