“My entire experience with Endodontic Associates, Dr Sainsbury, and their staff was top notch. From my first call to set up an appointment until I walked out of the office I could not have asked for more. I was provided an appointment within 2 days. On the day of the appointment I was received right away. Everything was fully explained to me regarding my health insurance coverage, my liability, and the procedure itself, including after care. Check-out was a breeze. Charges were exactly what they said they would be and I was encouraged to reach out to them should I have any questions or concerns after I left. The office was clean, smelled great, and was peaceful & quiet. There was no staff running around involved in their own conversations causing disruption to the office. There was a TV in the waiting room playing a family type movie. The examination rooms face the outside so nature can be viewed & enjoyed during the procedure. I could not have asked for more Except to not have the need for a dental procedure in the first place. Definitely recommended!”

Dr Hoffman was very gentle and caring checking in on me often to make sure I was ok. The procedure was pain free. “My 11 year old daughter has been going to Dr. Jay since she was 2. We had a big scare with her being vaccinated as an infant with a different pediatrician, due to her being very sensitive to them, the former pediatrician wouldn’t listen to my concerns and as parents we didn’t know what do. Dr. Jay was recommended to us by friends and he went above and beyond to talk us through everything; he not only thoroughly explained all of the vaccinations required he also recommended a vaccination waiver so we could slowly get her immunized. The biggest plus is that my daughter adores him and always feels comfortable talking to him. Even if it’s a bit of a drive for you to see him, it’s worth it because he truly is the best. Also the new staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful!”
