I love that they offer an online portal for all parties involved in the transaction to see that status of their sale and all relevant tasks that need to be completed. Convenience is key in to 21st century and they've really simplified the entire process. Modus sent out a mobile notary FOR FREE so my seller could sign the closing papers on her lunch break at work.
