I have been a real estate agent for close to a decade and Modus Title is the first title company I've worked with that is adapting to technology. They also have a network of contractors that can help solve problems that may arise during a transaction and that are willing to work with sellers who are in a tough financial position. I love that they offer an online portal for all parties involved in the transaction to see that status of their sale and all relevant tasks that need to be completed. Convenience is key in to 21st century and they've really simplified the entire process. Modus sent out a mobile notary FOR FREE so my seller could sign the closing papers on her lunch break at work. Every person I spoke to or worked with was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely use them in the future.
I recently purchased a home and Modus was the escrow company that we used. Sold our home in April 2020 and the buyer used Modus for the closing process. Buyer did not pay in all cash, yet somehow Modus was able to close the sale in only 2 weeks from offer acceptance.
