He never tries to sell us additional coverage that we don't need. He is honest and trustworthy. Now the company... They have limited customer service hours, especially on the weekends. It's difficult to get a hold of them when you really need them. The customer self-service portion of the website is mediocre and could use some additional user-friendly updates. I rarely have to deal with them though, because I can resolve most issues with the local office.”
