A warm and genuine greeting every time I entered the store, no matter who is behind the counter. 2. A personal note I received in my mailbox thanking me for their business. 3. The follow ups through text message and questions answers in no time! 4. A follow up call from the GM. Amazing work from the entire team and the management! Prices may be a little bit higher, but quality and service are so important, I used cheaper one in the past and lost many pants/shirts due to lack of care. Keep up the great work!!
