“I wash at this wash house & I LOVE WASH WORLD. The laundry mat in the plaza of 54 st & 27 Ave is disgusting. They have a new washers dryers & the wash house appears to look good but it's always dirty the washers don't clean your clothes. Sometimes your clothes will come out stained& the manager will not do anything to help. The dryers are the worst I've seen they neveverer get your clothes dry until you've used all your quarters. And the staff are the rudest people I've ever seen. They're always walking around talking about the owner & how they hate working there they hate dealing with the customers so I wonder why are they even working there myself..... If you want clean clothes that you can dry without the hassle of dealing with ignorant people WASH YOUR CLOTHES AT WASH WORLD DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE APPEARANCE THIS WASH HOUSE IS THE BEST IN MY OPINION”
