Desiree was MORE than understanding and accommodating. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Each of them were personable, friendly and professional. Desiree showed up and brought me flowers because we had a death in the family (one of the reasons we had to reschedule)!!! How thoughtful!!!! They did a FANTASTIC job and were done before we expected. My house smelled SO clean and fresh!! I was so impressed with the job, I immediately set up a bi-monthly cleaning! “I dropped off my husband's suits at this cleaners (in terrible condition) and asked if they could be ready sooner than the normal processing time. The gentleman said it was not a problem at all and he would have them done for me on Saturday. I had a busy day and arrived at the cleaners 10 min after closing time the day my items would be ready. The door was already locked but he saw me outside and let me in to retrieve my clothes. While I was paying, another lady came in to ask if she could drop something off to be cleaned... now it was about 15 min after closing. The gentleman again said no problem and assisted her (right after he held the door open for me since I had a baby in one hand and my clothes that I picked up in the other). He did all this with a smile and a no problem attitude. It felt so refreshing to receive such great customer service! I love their work AND their service! ????????????????”
