“I have a broken pipe that was a really bad leak, coming from under concrete. I guess my neighbors called roughly 2 weeks ago. She called and it still wasn't fixed and one guy from City came out but did nothing. Tonight I called the county because I thought the broken pipe was from them, however the fabulous staff transferred me over to the city right away and I am very grateful to the staff at the county and the City. They came out about 15 minutes after I called and are going to fix it (hopefully), I just wanted to take some time to tell you great job Staff at County and City again, for the speedy response.
