“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!”

“Belle Parc RV resort is quite beautiful. The park staff are professional and courteous. The RV sites have double wide concrete pads. The pool is very nice with interlock stone surrounding that are non-slip with wet feet. The activity centre is nice. The office has well documented information on the many activities and places to go from this location. We're on their wait list and hoping they have a site for us next winter.”

“I just spent three months, from Nov 1- Feb 1, in a bungalow here. It was an absolute pleasure. The owners were friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The resort is a true taste of old Florida, authentic, casual, and safe. It is directly on the beach, which is never busy, always beautiful, with lots of birds and an abundance of shells. Sunsets are spectacular. Gulf Sands is located just before private residences begin, so the beach is very quiet; it almost feels like it's your beach. Casey Key is a special island, once you cross the drawbridge you are met with beauty and serenity. If you want a a public beach, beautiful Nokomis Beach is on the south end, with a drum circle twice a week. If you come in December, you will enjoy the beautiful Venice Boat Parade. I will treasure my memories of Gulf Sands Resort.”

“This is a very nice location if you want to stay very close to the beach within 12-15 minute walk and at the same time avoid all the noise. This building is in a residential area that is upper scale and good schools are located. So you will get nice and quiet but you'd have to walk to the beach and stores etc. The building it self is nice there is a sit down area on the rooftop with 3 tables however the pool is being Renovated as of 3/3/2023 and there is a building under construction right next to the building. I'd say this is a nice quiet stay if you want the Miami Beach style without the Miami Beach crowd.”

“The Beachcomber is an adorable inn right on the beach and close to the causeway. The room was spotlessly clean. The grounds were well maintained. The best part is how we were welcomed by the owners, Tekla and Robert. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, making us feel so comfortable and giving us excellent recommendations on where to go and see during our visit. This is a little gem. I highly recommend it.”

“The room was very cute and cozy, but most importantly super clean. I was expecting a room right by beachfront but it was honestly a few steps to the beach which was no big deal at all. The weather was not on our favor but the room was so cozy and quiet that we enjoyed quiet time and movies. The service was great as well. “What a beautiful location for our family vacation. This end unit has additional windows that gives the best views of sunrise and sunset. The bedrooms are the perfect size. All the things you would need for your 7+ day stay are provided. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a friendly letter from the owners. We very pleased with the decore. It was subtle and represented the name Sandy Shores, well. We loved that this location was right on the beach, part of a quite neighborhood, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can't wait to get back down there.”

“The service was the best I’ve seen in a decade. Everyone was as nice and friendly as they could be! Fantastic location. You can’t beat the sunset views (see photo)! We used the dive boat for two days of diving. It is very convenient to walk out of your room and get on the boat. Also, the rinse tub and dry locker was a great amenity. The crew on the dive boat were also phenomenal. Super friendly, informative and helpful. Fun times on the boat. Great crowd. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. My room was newly remodeled, fresh and clean. The A/C had no problem keeping up. The only knock I can say is the walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors slamming doors and hear their probably too loud TVs - not really the hotels fault. Want to go back in the future.”

Amazing roll on the large greens where your ball stops and checks, but barely leaves a mark. “We booked this location because of its exceptional access to the beach, if you go in with that expectation, that it is a phenomenal location, you're good to go. If staying on the inlet side (as we did - due to last minute trip/booking) the beach oasis is only a few steps out the door. If you're looking for views of the inlet while drinking your morning coffee, room 1 might not be your cup of joe. We were a little upset about the views from the room we received, based off the pictures online, but again, we were there for a quick stay and the beach was our objective. Two negatives, there was clearly a septic tank issue or blockage in the pipes, because randomly the bathroom would be just permeate a disgusting smell. It would pass in about 2 hours or so. We just opened the front and back door and let the ocean breeze fill the room. Second, (first world problem) the shower head is easily at the 5'6" mark (way to short for anyone 5'10" or taller) and it had almost no water pressure. If you're looking for new, modern, and highly luxury comforts...the inlet side (at least room 1) isn't for you. We would stay here again, just on the beach side.”

“If it was not for Shirly and Don the park would be a mess. It's a quiet safe location with direct access to route 41 and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Generally the park is well maintained and has a clubhouse and laundry area. I own my unit and I'm lucky to be here ! It's become a place I call home !”
