“Very clean and welcoming room. The bathroom was roomy with a large shower. We were approximately 85 miles into our run for law enforcement survivors journey and needed a nice place to recover. Not only was the room well taken care of, but the owner was very helpful. Our support truck ran over a screw a quarter mile before the hotel and the air was quickly escaping. The owner immediately said go out the parking lot, turn left and the tire place will be in the right. We made it with 10 psi left. Without the quick thinking and knowledge of the area from the owner, it would have been a more expensive proposition. If you are in the Lake Wales give Budget Inn your business.”

“We moved in to Spring Hill Estates a few months ago. They were amazing during our application process . Kat took the time to show us a few houses until we found one that was perfect for our family. They didn't rush or pressure us. When we found the home we liked our only complaint was there was no dishwasher so they went above and beyond and installed a dishwasher for us. We could smell an odor of cat on the carpet in one of the rooms and after they had it shampooed twice we could still smell it so they had the carpet replaced for us with no questions asked. They truly went above and beyond for us and made our move in very easy and made us feel like we were welcomed and home. The park is very quiet and clean. We have no complaints and would recommend anyone to live here.”

“One of the best kept secrets on Daytona Beach Shores. It is an older building, but very well kept. Clean & extremely affordable. Same great ocean views as the newer condos, but so much cheaper. Awesome amenities like: FREE parking, 24hr laundry, private pool, on-site diner, nice sized balconies, gym, and more. The staff are so friendly. Do yourself a favor and check them out!”

We have been treated like royalty by everyone, this resort is very nice and clean, very spacious and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, very reasonably priced for all what they offer!!! Yes they don't have a microwave in the rooms but that is not good enough reason for me not to give less than five stars they deserve I don't understand why people are complaining.”

“Tropical Manor is one of the cleanest, most updated places I have stayed in Daytona. The pool is always 86° year round! Excellent daily room service. Old fashioned systems but as they say, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Although emailing of deposit and reservations would be nice. Having a public restroom during pool hours would be nice too. Besides the pool, grill area for use, kiddie pool, shuffle board, beach access, and a couple two bedroom rooms. It is so worth the stay and can’t wait to go back!”
