“Nice park well maintained, restrooms, showers pool and laundry all spotless. The park manager (Dee) is incredible. Above and beyond anything we asked. I would recommend Happy Days to anyone looking for an RV park or full time living arrangements.”

“I've been coming to Rolling Waves since I was 26 years old in 2004; it's 2023, I'm 46, and I'm still in love with the laid back, "old Florida" feel. The cottages are nothing fancy, but that's exactly the point. With the amazing views and the beach only steps away (I mean that literally, unlike most beach places where that translates to "3 blocks away") it's an amazing place to truly unwind.”

“location is great . The beaches were 25-40 minutes away depending which one you are going to. The room was nice, the bathroom was not as clean as it should be expected. Prints were all over the place, a pubic hair in the shower . Best advice take lysol wipes and clean everything. The beds were so comfy , the A/C was perfect. The pool is a must !! Microwave and fridge worked fine. For the price I paid the only thing I can complain is that it is not so clean but compared to other hotels nearby on a budget this is the best. I had room 314 and it was perfect for our family. Also a taco truck is located in the premises and food is a must try.”

“This wonderful cottage is so well done. The original flare of vaulted ceilings and original beams brings a by gone era to meet modern beach life! Don't wait to book it!!! If you owned your own Beach house, this would be the one you want!”

“Amazing!!! We stayed with 3 kids (9,6,4yo) and 2 adults at Fortuna Hotel for a week end of April. We had a 2 bedroom with a kitchenette. Rooms were very clean, well equipped. Kitchenette had basic plates, utensils and cookware - perfect for our needs. There are two pools, the bigger one is a bit warmer, perfect for the kiddos. Sun chairs available and you can also get beach towels and beach chairs. The beach is a very short walk from the hotel making it perfect to switch up during the day or go out to eat in near by restaurants. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Ilona was amazing and she even gave us pool noodles for the kids + toys and even sun creams....saved us a trip to Target for those things we couldn't bring with us. Can't recommend this place more. We will be back for sure. It was a wonderful stay.”

“Quiet ,Quant beautiful housing community. Its has a vast array of home owners from all over the States and even a couple from Eastern countries. Offers onsite laundry, a beautiful pool, shuffle board games, a gathering hall and ample room for walks anytime of day. Neighbor's over all are friendly and most enjoy group activities amongst each other. Such as Dinners, drinks, Gathering to watch football games, celebrating the Holidays together, movie nights, card playing and just good ol' conversation on a regular.”

“We stayed for 25 days… we called to reserve for this many days and they found us seven different spots! We didn’t mind moving as we met and made many friends. This is an “Old Keys” park with many long term residents and many RV spots. Bigger rigs will find it challenging, but when “Michael” is working you will do just fine fitting into your spot. The beach area is really nice…. with accommodation of chaise lounges and chairs. Sunsets are unbelievable.😎”

“This park is very peaceful and kept clean. I've dealt with a lot of management and Tami is by far the best. Very nice lady. People don't walk through lots. I have experienced that at other parks. It is kid and pet friendly 🙂 They keep trash picked up, laundry rooms kept up and showers working and clean. I would recommend staying here. There's a lot to do around here as well. Lettuce Lake Park, Busch gardens, casino, nice restaurants and much more.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all friendly, professional & very helpful. The kitchen had what I needed to cook for the week. Clean room. Plenty of towels, plus beach towels & use of bikes or beach chairs. outside sitting areas are very nice. great little pool/ spa. the property was cleaned daily by staff. Only a few steps across the street to the sand. watch the sunset from the front porch if you don't want to cross the street. Two blocks to some great food. Local transport was easy to use & get around. Quiet & relaxing. Is on my list of a return spot. Thank you!”

“This is a little hidden gem in Hudson! My son was purchasing his first home and fell across this park. Peter and Meghan were amazing! Welcomed us from the first day and answered all my 1000 questions- what can I say I’m a mom! The park is clean and quiet. All the residents care about each other and it shows! So hard to find an all age park that is also pet friendly! So happy with his decision to purchase within this park! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home! If I didn’t already own a home right down the road this would be the park for me! We are honestly considering it for my mom to move south! 💕💕”

“Absolutely an amazing golf course and experience. I was lucky enough to be invited to play, the practice facility and golf course exceeded all my expectations. In addition to the courses we had an amazing dinner at the club. I would highly recommend checking this place out.”

“I visited. Seems neat and tidy and quiet. I loved the artistic flare injected into the location. It's quite small and cramped but not in a bad way. Vending machine and restrooms available to residents and probably much more. Sign in at office.”

“We just got home from a 2 night stay here and the location is everything. We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was also very good. However, for over $360 a night the room was very very tiny and outdated. It was clean, but old, and again, by far the smallest room I have every stayed in. We had the sunset parlor which overlooked the street with a balcony. For the two of us for two days, it was fine but I would not recommend staying in the sunset parlor for more than a few nights with maximum two people.”

“First time staying at Siesta Sands Beach Resort. We stayed in 611 and we loved every minute of it. There was only 4 of us but it accommodates more than 4 people. Each room has it's own balcony and a view of the ocean. Each night we were able to watch the Sunset and it was beautiful. Since it has a full kitchen we were able to save some money by staying in a cooking. Very spacious and clean space. The only issue we had was that there was not enough towels and toilet paper. It's only a minute walk from the beach and we have the perfect view of it as well. This unit is a little pricey but if you split it amongst other people it is well worth it.”

“Such a wonderful experience staying here. The retreat property is gorgeous and nicely positioned on the river. After a full day of enjoying the river and all of its excitement you can just pull up to the retreat and relax. Multiple nice areas to sit and enjoy nature. The room was absolutely gorgeous and well functioning. If you’re in the area you NEED to be treated at Manatee Landing.”

“My wife and I just spent 16 days in Harbor Towers #414. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was nice and the owner even sent us a new blender when the other one didn’t work. 414 is perfect for two people, and we loved the lanai, although it never got the sun. Harbor Towers as a whole is excellent. The staff and the residents were all very welcoming and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, albeit a little small for a building of this size. We especially liked sitting in the bayside area - quieter and more peaceful, especially in the afternoon. Our main concern is that even though it advertises easy access to the beach ( and the picture of the property is a bit misleading), it is not convenient to get to the public beach. All the properties across the street are private, so you have to walk quite a ways to a public beach, or try and park in the massive public parking lots. The main draw of going to Siesta Key is the beach ( and certainly not the traffic gridlock). Our other main obstacle to returning is the upcoming two year project to replace the windows. We have been in a building with such a project and it is annoying to say the least. So, all in all, we loved our stay, and hope to return in a couple of years.”
