“Great value and perfect location! Walking distance to several local restaurants and bars. Right on the beach and great view – left my balcony door open and listened to the waves during the night. This is definitely an old building, but they have done a nice job in keeping it updated and modern looking. It was clean and plenty of linens and extra pillows! The staff was very friendly and had great suggestions for local places to visit and eat.”

“I enjoy small crowds of people few cars and car fumes, and IT'S THE BEACH!! I like to go early 7 a.m. leave around 10:30 11:00 perfect morning and that is the best time for the tanning rays after that, the burning rays! USE SUNSCREEN, preferably all natural and avoid heavy metals (they never leave the body). "WARNING, DANGER, DANGER WILL ROBBINSON"!”

I have read some of the previous reviews,and it's very clear to me that these are residents that are trying to make management look bad because they only follow the rules THEY want to, and may have been told more than once to get they're issues fixed. Rules are simple and must be followed to keep this campground, Motels, and permanent residents areas in some sort of order to make everyone happy. Miss Laura and her husband Tom would give you the shirts off they're backs so if you are planning to come visit, ignore the retaliation reviews because this park has the Most beautiful sunset we have ever seen, and the Lake, well those reviews speak.for themselves! Come see for yourself.”

Changing my password now. If i had to review this "business"....it's a nicer manufactured community with good clubhouse, pool, lots of activities and quiet place. The only negative thing about Foxwood is the ever increasing lot rent.”

“This place was very nice as a vacation home. While the furniture was old, it was well kept and clean. Some of the sliding doors may need attention, as they jam easily. The distance from attractions seems far, but it really isn't due to low amounts of traffic. Overall, a great place for an older couple or family with older children.”
