“I am a resident. What I like about this development are the many trees and crazy hills. My neighbors are very friendly and very kind. When a resident is in need you can be sure that your neighbors are there in one way or another. The event coordinator always plans fun activities. Often there is an event offering breakfast or dinners for certain occasions. Usually a small fee is charged. Oh don't forget the annual rummage sale held in the club house. There is also a breakfast and dinners to meet and greet your neighbors. Many of my neighbors stay very involved with club activity's and lunch bunches.”

If you want peace you will find it..if you love drama a being disrespectful the budget is right down the road. “When I rode up there on my bicycle I was treated very differently then when I rode up there and a nice Ford truck. I guess the first time I came there they thought I was just some broke bum treating me like so. The guy in the golf cart is who I'm talking about. “Very nice, spacious and clean rooms. Service though was very mediocre. The reception could've been more helpful and the beach supervisor was very unfriendly. The staff generally had a bad attitude. Views from the roof were simply stunning, especially at sunset. Another plus were the various restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel. Overall the experience was very good.”

“This spa is amazing, it is extremely clean, and attention to detail is paid at every corner. From the greeting to the end, all the ladies were so nice and welcoming and eager to help, you dont feel rushed or pressure to leave at all, you can stay as long as you want, enjoy the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, showers are wonderful, towels everywhere, and it smells super nice and clean. The waiting room is great with antioxidant fruits and almonds, tea, and water. My massage and facial were so nice and relaxing, i do love this spa, and i will come back, it was just so so so nice!”

“Excellent hotel with excellent service. I’m a pretty harsh judge on hotel service, and I have to say St. Regis Bal Harbour is doing a great job and I would rank them the highest on service. Staff is extremely attentive and checks up on guests at all times, at restaurants, at the bar, at the pool, at the beach, at the spa - everywhere. The atmosphere at the hotel is very light, no attitude service is something to point out here - which sometimes you can find at other luxury hotels. Staff is really wonderful and should be noted for this. This makes this hotel perfect for traveling as a couple, as a single, or as a family. The hotel also does a great job at making it feel spacious - there are a lot of people, but it doesn’t feel packed - not sure how they do it, but keep up the great job! Room service food is also delicious. The breakfast buffets has excellent variety. We’ll certainly return. The views from the room are also wonderful!”

“Location, location, location. For the wife and I, we wanted an affordable place to stay in Miami that had a great scenic view, without being overwhelmed by a lot of surrounding tourist attractions. Another couple we know recommended White House Inn. Honestly, we had never heard of the place, but we decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed in our decision. Once we arrived -and this what sold us from the start - we asked if we could check out the rooms available before we signed in. We always do this with a new place because you just never know. Most places will not accommodate such a request, but these guys did. A nice gentleman showed us around and we were able to choose the room we liked best - one with a view of course! The rooms are clean, the staff is really friendly, and the surrounding area is really nice. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florida, as well as recommend this holiday oasis to our friends. ”

“My experience here was nothing but amazing. The staff was friendly for the most part, rooms were clean, quiet neighborhood, really nice amenities. The location of the hotel is convenient being that there is a grocery store near, and also a shopping center for clothes, shoes, etc. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which included a bar area and a microwave which is nice. Room comes with utensils and cups, plates, etc. Also has two bathrooms which is nice for obvious reasons. The shower is spacious and comes with a couple setting to adjust the water pressure. The balcony's are nice as well. They came in handy when wanting to enjoy the scenery throughout the day. The pool on the 7th floor was enjoyable as well. I will definitely revisit this hotel, this may be my new favorite spot when visiting Miami.”

“The parking is limited for guests, the apartment complex is nice in a area that's safe for yourself and children. Every holiday the office staff always have a party for their residents, I've been here for 6 years since they've open. All the staff are great, they assist if anything is needed. The ones who are complaining are the ones that have a ton of company and like to have parties every friday and saturday. I love the fact that after working I can come home and rest peacefully.”
