I have been to other mobile Communities where it looks dirty and unkept . Our management team is great. You drive into our community and you can see how clean it is. We have rules and regulations which no matter where you live it’s the same... you follow the rules and regulations and you’ll have no problems with management or your neighbors.”

“I make a point of getting a massage from Claudia every time I am in town. A couple of years ago, I had no hair from cancer treatment, and Claudia basically gave a facial to my scalp--it was incredibly soothing and made me feel like a human again. She was kind and caring, and her massages are thorough and firm without being too rough. I wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often. She's a gem.”

“This place should be on some Historical list, although it has been remodeled several times it is still touching the Atlantic ocean, literally. In its current state it is an attractive little time share holding that was once a Hotel. Walk out your door and swim in the Pool or the Ocean it's just that simple. If you stay here bring your snorkeling and fishing equipment with you or you will regret it. Floating around in the usually crystal clear water on a raft/tube can relieve stress like magic. Sunrise has a different meaning when you see it come up out of the Ocean.”

“Have lived here almost a year. Its like stepping back in time. I personally love the trailers that are from the 60's 70's and 80's. They still have quite a few of them. They are so cute, most are maintained perfectly, but a few are damaged from the hurricane and waiting new roofs. Its a real gem. Right on Lake Jessie, where you can see sea planes land. Quiet and lovely.”
