“Not a bad place at all... it's a pretty cool little trailer park. Rents not bad, water is included, nobody bothers you, not a bad place at all. It's a good place for snowbirds, for people that want to live inexpensively close to All That Central Florida has to offer. It's centrally located to the beaches, the theme parks, the national and state parks... the location is absolutely stellar. If you purchase a place in here you simply have to pay lot rent which is much less than paying for a timeshare, so anyway you go it's not a bad deal.”

Got the closest room, early check in, and even had a wheelchair available when she couldn't comfortably walk to the room. Eduardo/Front Desk ( give him a raise????),was amazing and he made the stay awesome. My sister and I will def refer this location to friends & family. Thank you for making our stay great.????”

“Lovely resort with more to come. We did not stay there but visit the restaurant for dinner. Simple fare. Very friendly and personable staff. Entertainment on weekends. This is a vacation home resort. Townhouses and homes up to 6 bedrooms with private baths. Each home has a pool. There is a beautiful central pool as well as a water park set up. Great for a family reunion.”
