“A++!! The best beach hotel I've ever experienced. Super friendly staff, beautiful units---they seem to be recently remodeled and well maintained. I had a chance to meet the owner, and he is such a nice guy. He put my family in of four in his own vehicle, and arranged for us to stay a few blocks away, right next to the beach! ⛱️ Everything about the units feels homely. The decor, the cookware, the appliances, even just the spaces for showering and cleaning off. I couldn't say enough good about this place. We will definitely be coming back, and telling our family and friends ♥️♥️♥️♥️”

“This place is tucked away quiet and remodeled. The room was clean bright and decorated nicely. No pool but you are 10 feet from the beach. I was impressed with this hotel and sorry we only needed it for the night. Would definitely go back and stay again. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is very cool. This place is clean clean clean. The room is great size. Everything you need is supplied. The bedding was great and mattress and pillows comfy.”

However parking is limited to only 1 space per room we had 2 people and 2 cars as we came from different locations and at different times . Thus was not disclosed on website about the limited parking we had to find another room elsewhere that had more parking. Staff was very helpful and apologized for not being able to accommodate the two cars.”

“Me and my kids just came back from staying in this unit and I have no complaints. The location is excellent. It is quiet yet really close to everything on the boardwalk. The unit has everything you need and is very clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with and responded to emails very quickly. I never needed to contact him during our stay because everything we needed was there. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. ”

“This is a Hollywood Beach beachfront location you don’t want to miss! Recently renovated, this is a spectacular hotel with a vibrant pool and bar right on the Broadwalk. Delicious indoor or patio dining as well. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of selections and definitely worth the money for kids and adults of all ages. Grab a bicycle to take a ride on the beach or head down and grab a cabana right by the waves. There is so much to do!”

“This is our second stay and everything was perfect! Bob is super easy to work with. The units are fully equipped with everything you need, so you’re free to do some grocery shopping and have some meals in the unit or you’re steps from the boardwalk where there are tons of great restaurants, bars and ice cream places ???? Both units we stayed in (B208 and B207) were immaculate, cozy and every detail was appreciated. The beach is literally a half of a block from the unit and it’s gorgeous! And if you’re not a fan of the ocean you have the pool! We will definitely be back to try unit B105. Thank you Bob!”

“I visited a friend staying at this hotel and borrowed the couch one night to sleep, waking up to a loud sunrise of desert colours. the rooms are quite nice. Spacious one bedroom apartments, that are a stone's throw away from Hollywood Beach and the broadwalk.I went upstairs for a better view. From the upper balcony I witnessed a Lava sunrise. Cold crisp air. Waves crashing against the shoreline like blueberry milk of the pastel variety, bathed in bright bronze sun rays.”

The rooms themselves are clean, straight-forward and unfussy. The fact that you can literally stumble out of your door and onto the beach trumps fancy towel animals or mints on your pillow.”
