“Staff was very helpful. Hotel is located at the end of a row of nice hotels directly across from beach. Room had great view. Internet worked intermittently. Room was starting to show some wear with peeling wallpaper and worn carpet. Everything was clean. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Concierge was exceptional, approachable and knowledgeable. Spa was very nice with whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Spa services were booked during my short stay so I did not use any of their services.”

“I love this hotel. The view is spectacular. My only issue is with the spa hours. I was only there for overnight stay. Check in is at 4pm and the spa hours end at 5pm. It doesn't really give u ample time if u needed to book something that night.”

“Great resort right on the beach in Ft Lauderdale. I was visiting for a 3 day conference. The valet crew was very friendly and helpful in finding where I needed to go. My only complaint is that whenever my car came back from the valet my driver seat and mirrors were all adjusted. Otherwise incredible experience. I definitely recommend checking it out for yourself.”

“I’m here in Ft Lauderdale most years at this time for business. It’s usually spring break and busy. Westin makes it enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are nice and I sleep well. What meals I’ve ordered are done well and fast. The housekeeping is done very well. I want to give credit to Janice whom attended my room mostly this year. She works hard, is personable, and keeps you in comfort.”

“For the price you get a lot of space, and the inside of the unit is nice. We got a single bedroom, but it had a living space, a small kitchen and a dinning area. Overall very nice place to stay. Only issue I had was it wasn't in walking distance to any place to eat, but it was a short cab ride or urber to a area that does.”
