“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very spacious and beg and I loved that there were stove tops. That atmosphere of downstairs was really great and the breakfast was phenomenal. Very clean rooms. This is located in a very ideal spot on International drive to all the tourist spots. The staff were extremely helpful as well. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Best hotel I have ever been to... I work with a lot of the companies under the same host as this one and I have seen not one hotel offer the best of both worlds as this one. Usually when I stay at a nice hotel: the people do not have that certain level of hospitality that one would expect to come with them at their organization. However when I go to a hotel slightly less than nice I meet some of the best people in the hospitality industry. However when it comes to this Hampton Inn in Orlando Florida I feel like they set a whole new bar for the what I should expect from at any Hilton managed hotel. The people that work there not only remember your name but learn your face and they operate as A TRUE TEAM I watched coworkers compromise on site about getting work done in a timely and orderly fashion. I wish only that I could stay and be in the presence of such awesome people once more.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this Homewood Suites or the staff. Our stay was a wedding gift from a relative that lives out of the country. She paid for the reservation through a third-party website but booked it on dates when we had a conflict. I called the hotel but the operator said she could not adjust a 3rd party reservation so I asked for a manager. The manager, Javier got on the phone and took care of changing the reservation without even asking hesitation. We were very grateful. Once we arrived and checked in, Linda at the front desk was just a wonderful person to speak to. She took great care of us. When we had a minor incident with carpet cleaning and a TV channel signal problem Linda was the one who answered at the front desk. And the maintenance and housekeeping people were quick to respond. Every individual we interacted with was professional, courteous, and enthusiastic. I have stayed at a lot of hotels from a Ritz Carlton to a Days Inn and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had.”

“We had an amazing time this vacation for 3 days. Its at a great location, all the best beaches in Boca are few mins away. About the hotel, this is a great place to relax for few days. Amazing staff, the front desk guys were we're helpful. The breakfast place was really good. The breakfast staff is really attentive and remembers you the next morning, they also have great drop-off service for near by beaches so you can use that service when you don't want to drive.”

“I stayed here with my family of 4 for a weekend. I was expecting there to be a full kitchen since this is technically a timeshare but it was more like a studio in terms of the kitchen. We had a 2 bedroom lockout that was accessible so we had plenty of room and the rooms were decent sized. The bathrooms were extremely large but only had showers. I'm unsure if the layout was specifically because it was an accessible room, or if the other rooms are laid out similarly but if you are in a wheelchair it seemed like you'd be able to get to most things without assistance. Since no one in my party was handicapped so the lack of a tub was unfortunate since we have a 2 year old. Besides those items, everything else about the room and the property was very nice. The live music was nice and my kids enjoyed playing ping pong outside. It was too cold to swim but the pool and slide looked like it would be fun. The location is great if you are going to the convention center and it is only a few minutes to Universal and shopping. I might return when my kids are a year or two older so we can enjoy all the amenities.”

“Was pleased that my room reservation made over 6 weeks ago was not "lost" as has happened several times at other locations, We arrived very late at night due to delayed flights and lost luggage, but night staff was very friendly and efficient. Was given key to our room and found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The bed was a little soft for my liking but as tired as zI was in did not keep me from sleeping well. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“I was a Hospitality employee for many years, and I have stayed in many different hotels group. I never had a so poor check in as my family and I experienced at this location. No greeting, or a welcome to the hotel. The agent (morning shift) asked for a c/c, I'm aware of the security deposit, never was explained to us, our request was no given or explain why we were not accommodate. The room we got in a GOOD condition, with the exception of the bathroom. The Bathtub need to be replace, my opinion, see pictures. Bed good, sofa good, A/C excellent, afternoon staff awesome, pool looks clean (was raining). If I will stay again, yes.”
