I had no idea what a fun place Delray Beach turned out to be. The hotel staff is welcoming and the rooms are great. The beach is across the street and one of the best beaches in Florida. “I have stayed in 5-star hotels and resorts and much prefer the humble abode. This is Delray''s beachfront gem. A great sleep. Comfortable and clean beds, linens, and rooms. But, consider this a bit shabby chic. It's showing its age, and I wanted to run over to home depot and get a few things to fix this and that. Mind you, everything works well, just being in the salt air takes a toll on finishes. But the view! And the nice folks we've met from all over. And the wonderful staff! And the breakfast. Suggestion, give the guests an option to help paint and polish, and take a few bucks off. I call it Crowd-Renovation.”

“The clubhouse is beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen! Although not all homes are up to par, it's okay, because the people are great. We have a gorgeous lake, complete with ducks, a boat ramp, fishing, and an awesome pool, with a great big picnic area! Although it's a 55+ community, you will find most residents think very young!”
