“This venue is set on a beautiful oasis! The home is so lovely and is the absolute perfect place to get away or to have a special event! It is even more beautiful in person! From the gorgeous grounds of luscious green grass, vibrant tropical flowers, shell walkways, heavenly trees framing the lake view perfectly, to the country cottage with its stunning views, a large pool with a deck to soothe the soul and relax, to inside the immaculate cozy cottage that is so inviting & tranquil. Not only is there so many places on the property to spend time in whichever capacity you would like (reading, relaxing, meditating, writing, etc) but I even had my own yard that my dogs absolutely loved and a playground for kids to play on! I also loved feeding snacks to Moose the horse and petting the lovable calf Precious. My words fall short on all of the great things to say about this incredible place. I am so blessed I found it and I loved it so much I even extended my stay for 3 months! I was taken aback by the negative reviews especially since I have been here for 3 months and no one else has stayed on the property yet there was a review that stated they stayed here 2 months ago... I travel often and have stayed in incredible places and this is one of the best places I have stayed. The host created an absolute dreamscape as well as being so gracious & amazing.”

“To start off, some reviews scared me after we booked. But the place was wonderful. Nothing fancy and not 5star quality, but it very cute and comfy. We came here for our 4th wedding anniversary. David, the property manager was very nice and welcoming. We got to take chairs, sand toys, pool floats down to the beach which was only a short walk away. There was also scooters to rent to ride the island on. The whole weekend was a blast. Take a chance a stay here, you will enjoy.”

“This will be our 5th year staying at this rental. It's a cozy rental. We stay at the 2 story building in the front Small pool but a nice break from the salt water. We have use of the gazebo space which is also nice. It's a clean rental. Great private beach access. Very family friendly and relaxing. Not fancy but perfect for large family like ours that just loves this part of Florida and want to enjoy the beach and chill.”

“A super place for a large family vacation. Our family of 16 stayed here quite comfortably for a full week and had a great time. I wasn't sure there was a place large enough for all of us at a reasonable price but this one delivered, although it wasn't entirely without shortcomings. There's a bit of inconsistency throughout the house given that some bedrooms/bathrooms appear to be redone or more up-to-date than others. The bathroom I primarily used could definitely use a bit of renovation. The bed I slept in also needed to be replaced as it sagged heavily in the middle even with the foam topper, and wasn't altogether the most comfortable night of sleep. The kitchen was surprisingly functional and worked well enough to cook and serve for 16 all at once. There was a decent amount of equipment although again some was in need of replacement -- particularly the -- of which there didn't appear to be one that could cut through more than a tomato. All these small complaints aside, I would reiterate that the place was great and we will likely return. Shuffle your feet over a little asphalt and a bit of hot sand and you're at the beach.”

It would of had 5 stars but the beds they were noisy and not the best but not the worst you could hear the springs in the bed whenever you moved or even sat down on the bed but the staff location made up for it. “I had a great experience doing a girls weekend. The condo was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. It had a nice homey and cozy feel which made it extremely enjoyable. The location is just a short walk to the beach which made it ideal. The heated pool right outside the porch was conviently located. Overall it was a great experience. I would highly recommend it!!”

“I enjoyed my stay with my wife, son and Yorkie. Walking distance to the beach ate at Roí. I know it's hard to see images but i recommend them. Good food but pricey. If money not an issue you will have a good time. The room was clean, great view of the beach and I had my own balcony. Will definitely come back for a fun weekend. “Another person recommended this place for me. Me and my wife are still looking around for a vacation home. After contact the office online, I spoke with a manager named Dave. I have to say, Dave is a very respectful man and he was very accommodating on all of my questions and was able to book us for an appointment. After meeting and seeing the community in-person, I can say that this is a wonderful place with lots of nice views. I like that it is 55+ and it feels very quaint, not too much noise going around. With that said, I hope this manager gets paid good, because he really went above and beyond despite only having a few homes left to sell. We may come back a second time to make that choice”

“Been here for a month, we plan on staying until January. Debbie the Mgr has been super nice and helpful to us. There are a lot of permanent residents but they have plenty of nice sites for transit travelers. The park is super clean and was easy to menuver our 41 toyhauler. There is construction on hwy 54 in front of the park but it hardly noticeable in our coach. I am very glad we found this great park.”

Both Jack and daughter Claudia were just amazing-always smiling, helping, making sure of our satisfaction. I could not be more thankful.
