“What a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach! We had the Namaste Here side of the property and could not have been happier. Bill was super easy to work with and flexible with our travel plans. The property was well equipped and it was easy to find everything (even the hidden drawers in the kitchen for those of you who read through the property binder). We were fortunate to take in a lot of Beach walks since the beach is a very short and easy walk from the property. The highlight had to be the Falcon Heavy launch -- super cool!!”

“This place is really good! :) So glad we found it! We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It is clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool is really big for everyone to enjoy. They have Beach chairs you can borrow as well as beach towels. There are 20 rooms in the motel, all on the ground floor and the motel is right on a very expansive beach. I highly recommend this motel and cannot wait to go back!”

“Had an impromptu family gathering here in December 2019. Price was extremely fair and excellent bedding for everyone! Super large ceilings in a wide open space with our own personal balcony, that just happened to be facing the ocean about 150' from the penthouse - unobstructed. Looking to relax on the beach? Walk 50 feet. Looking to fish? The pier is about a block away. Looking to have a raging party with friends? Full Kitchen, Large Den/Living Room (with a 70"+ Cable TV), super close to multiple bars/restaurants and a bigass PRIVATE BALCONY. My family and I are discussing a week long rental later this year, just because of the atmosphere, peace and quiet, and amazing views. This rental was more than worth the memories and fun times shared with friends and family!”

“Elizabeth Pointe Lodge could not be in a more beautiful location. The beach was wonderful, the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Our room was lovely. King bed over looking the ocean. The building itself is older but the room was clean, pretty, bathroom even had a beautiful Jacuzzi tub, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. They had specials every morning that were made to order (along with other buffet style items) so it was always fresh and hot. We ordered lunch one day and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. There was always free water, cookies, brownies, all day. We would absolutely stay there again.”

“I've been staying here for years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siesta Key. The facilities are very clean, the pool is so relaxing. The staff is warm and friendly. Terri is the best at helping to find you the perfect condo for your needs. The beach is a very short distance and the trolley stops practically right in front of the place to take you into town. We went in October last year and it was the best time- good rates, less tourists, and gorgeous weather. White sand, turquoise water, lifeguards, and very safe. Love Siesta Key!”

“This was a last minute decision. Called and spoke with Michael who said he had something for us for the night. I asked for a late checkout so we could get the most out of our stay at the beach and in Siesta Village. He was very accomidating and gave me a very fair rate. The location is perfect as it sits on a corner of a quiet street directly across from a less trafficked public beach access. The room was a little outdated and could use a little beach makeup. The place could use a little sprucing up and it would be the best spot in the Village. All in all we had a great time and had no complaints. We really appreciated feeling welcome and at ease. Give them a shout !”

“My wife and I went to an open house Saturday and we were really taken away about how clean the property is. Also, the village is hidden in plain sight; it's off US 19, but if you were not looking for it you would drive by it. We spoke with Marge, she is very nice and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns with out having to look anything up. She drove us around the village and showed us a model home. The village and the club house/pool area is spotless. “We spent a night with some international guests at the Avalon Club Hotel. We were greeted with a professional and very friendly staff member at check in and that process was smooth and efficient. As we made our way to our room, we noticed the hotel was spotless and even the aroma in the lobby, elevator and hallways was very pleasant. Upon entering our very spacious 3 bedroom condo, we were so pleased with the upscale furnishings, finishes and the large patio. The Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you’ll need. You'll also have access to sturdy high quality beach chairs and umbrellas to take with you on the beach which is within steps from the hotel. Everything about this hotel was exceptional and I look forward to my next time when I will make it a longer stay!”

“The Crescent Siesta Key is an extremely nice condo in a convenient location and on the beach. My one problem was that the bars across the street have live music every night and it is really loud. I couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and the noise could be heard inside the condo as well. Something to keep in mind if you are looking for a quiet vacation condo.”

Good idea (laughing at myself haha) Lisa had a cancellation and it worked for me. There’s a kitchen and the bed was really comfortable. Cozy, clean and quiet. I have an even greater appreciation because the spot I found AFTER (it was busy season so she was pretty booked) was not so pleasant & it made me think I have to write a positive review for Lisa & her lovely place & kept forgetting to do so until now.”
