“First night here at the 'Lil Mingo (Little Flamingo) and it's beautifully quiet. Even on a Saturday night! The location is perfect to get to Tampa or Orlando via i-75 about 8 minutes from this RV park. Staff very kind and helpful, and rates are not bad either. Perfect location for our one week lay-over to a long term location we've reserved in Land O' Lakes. Enjoy the humidity Ladies and Germs.. (ok folks, go home and ride your snowmobiles):)🤣😂”

“Wow!! I have been to many vacation rentals in my life and I do have to say the NEW owners have really outdone themselves with this freshly renovated luxury stay! All we needed was our suitcases. They supplied us with everything and anything that we would possibly need to enjoy the beach and their private deck! Beach cart,Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sunscreen and cooler! They also had plenty of coffee and creamer in the unit! Full set of pots and pans ,cutting boards ,quality knife sets for us to cook with.. Also when we received the check in instructions Susi and George provided us with a long list of activities and restaurants to visit while we are here! SUPER HELPFUL!! The space was spotless! Cleaned immaculately! Towels were soft& high quality. Beds were super comfortable. The attention to detail is spot on! Susi&George have amazing taste and they DO NOT disappoint! Oh yes and I can’t forget Thank you so much for the bottle of wine and snack size candys😊 We will be coming back and bring family very soon.”

“Picture perfect! My husband took me to The Saint for my birthday and it was a fabulous time. Our room was clean, smelled great, and looked exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and moisturizer. There were 2 water bottles in the fridge. They gave us 2 bottles of sparkling wine when we checked in and left a birthday card on our door. We spent the afternoon enjoying the breeze and delicious drinks under a cabana by the pool. Jenna was super helpful and got us into their restaurant 82 Degrees for dinner. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun with live music playing in the background! The beach is only a short walk away and it's beautiful. We took some great pictures and made memories. Our regret is that we only stayed 1 night. We will definitely be back!”

“Service was fantastic. Food was very good a little pricey for lunch but what do you expect when you can eat right on the water. The shrimp were goo but their is one thing that I had an issue with. This is also the reason I gave them a 4 star. The shrimp were not cleaned to remove the vein which cause a slight taste and the shrimp were a little gritty. Not a huge deal for most but something I like to have cleaned out of my shrimp especially when dining out.”

“We had a great stay at this resort. It is a quiet place, usually with few children which makes it nice for adults needing piece and quiet to recharge. Beach is a short walk across the street and so many options on island or off for food, restaurants, shopping, etc. You do get your exercise walking up the stairs from garage to bedroom level and then main floor (kitchen/dining/living room) so be forewarned if you have limitations. There are 2 units with elevators I've been told. Only complaint was no/weak internet signal. Will be back again!”

The room could have used some TLC and a good cleaning, but overall it wasn't to the point I wouldn't stay here again. The area itself was worth the money. Very convenient to restaurants, stores, and right on the beach.”

“My wife and I have stayed with Dan and Brenda for 6 years and have always been treated like family. Their units on Anna Marie Island are always clean and located conviently to all amenities. We have stayed in several of the units and cannot find fault in any of them. The proof of the hospitality is in the fact that most people who come do so on a repeat basis. We have made many friends with the people who come and stay with Dan and Brenda year after year. We do consider them our Florida family.”

“Two of girls (with another one soon to enter) have attended this school and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience! The facility is very clean, teachers are caring, and the kids learn a lot, but as a working parent, nothing beats their ability to communicate. It's often difficult to keep up with what your kids are doing when you're not around, but this school goes above and beyond to make sure you are connected with and informed about their efforts. “We stayed here for a family beach weekend during parent's weekend for U of Tampa. This was a perfect choice! The property was wonderful. Everything was clean, in great condition and so comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and equipped with EVERYTHING to make beach time enjoyable. No need to bring anything but sunscreen. Barbra had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, skim boards, bicycles...you name it, it was there. Fully stocked with games, backyard games and hammocks too. (The tiki toss was a family favorite.) Thanks for the easy stay and wonderful communication-can't wait to find a date when we can come back!”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”

“This is my polling place so the only time I have been inside is to vote. Normally when it's not a polling place I believe this is a place that helps with VA benefits. I think they may offer other services to Vaterns as while I am not really sure. Every time I have visited the place has always been clean including the bathroom. The packaging lot is also well lit even at night. There a venting machine by the bathroom if my memory serves me while and a water fountain. There is no place to leave your kids so if you come vote with them here make sure they stay with you.”

“Been here many times when I was deeply involved with a project called 1000 Mermaids. We had the artificial display reefs set up on the property to showcase the non profit project. Everyone working here was always so friendly and accommodating. If we needed something they would always make it happen. Also hung out at the pool a bit and even happened to come by on Thanksgiving and get a couple big plates of food from a little catered event they were having there. Seems like it would be a nice place to work and has a family vibe to it, plus the restaurant upstairs is great as well. And enjoy the giant yachts while you're at it, impressive to say the least.”
