“Loved this place so much! It was close to the beach, and I could see the Intra Coastal waterway from the cottage. The cottage was beautifuly decorated and even had a cozy fire pit that we enjoyed. The beds and amenities were wonderful. I really enjoyed the personal coffee bar. There were tons of restaurants and cute shops near by. Deffiniately worth checking it out!”

“Hello Arden, This experience was a Christmas gift with my two grandchildren!! We had a great time!! It would be nice for the hour ride to start when the gate opens to begin the ride. The wait time for others to mount should not be part of our ride time. Our wranglers were very nice. I think the only thing I noticed is you could use nicer tack. When a park was lax on things and when new people step in and change things then of course people dont like it. And when you pay your rent and follow the rules then you dont have anything to worry about.”

“This place is close to ybor and a great no-frills option. It was clean, the rooms were good for the price, and the on-site host was super friendly. The rooms aren't very private but it's a hostel and privacy isn't expected. Overall recommended if you need a place to lay down and relax after a night or two in Ybor. It was a plus for me because it was in walking distance to the Amtrak station. Would definitely book again.”

“The hotel during our stay was amazing! The common areas such as the lobby, gym, and pool area were very clean and organized. The room assigned to us was very spacious (we stayed in a King Bed Suite), the kitchen was very organized and fully stocked. The bathroom was very well lit and clean. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to take it to our room and enjoy breakfast in bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and can't wait to come back with our family! Tip: Rooms that overlook the pool have a chance to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom!”

I am so glad to report that as accurate. Yes, the rooms are a little dated. But the interiors have been recently remodeled, the bed was firm and comfortable and didn't creak or groan every time you climb in. The ceiling fan was an unexpected treat! “Our trip started off a little rough at the holiday Inn. We were on a late night flight and called ahead to let them know we'd be checking in late, after midnight. We we're told no problem, we even check in online, but when we got to the hotel they told us we were marked as "no show". After a little back and forth we were able to get a room on the second floor. The room had a lingering odor of smoke which we told the staff the next day. They did offer for us to change to an available room, but I just wanted them to know so I didn't get billed. Other than that the room was decent enough for us and the kids. The TV had cartoon network and nickelodeon which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was fine, biscuits and gravy, bacon, make your own pancakes, and of course fruit and cereal. Good enough to get the family to start the day. The only other concern I had was the open parking lot that was surrounded by tall grass and man-made trails. It didn't even occur to me until one morning we came out to a couple of shady characters hanging out by our rental van. We were parked at the edge of the lot and there were no other cars around. Being a former resident of NPR, I was immediately reminded of the type of folks that could be using these trails. If you stay here I would recommend getting a spot closer to the building. Overall the room was decent for the area.”
