“Had an amazing time here. Sunset inn and cottages will change the way you book your next trip. We spent 4 days in the Lookout penthouse, room was very clean and designed and decorated very nicely. It really felt like it could be home. It's right across the street from beautiful sunset beach, 5 min walk if you want to fish (I caught a snook) absolutely no traffic or noise. It's just the best way to experience the island without the hustle and bustle of the town. Thanks again to the team that treated us so great, we will definitely be back.”

Creativity and concepts flow here with the many locations indoors and out to gather and collaborate or spread out your group for individual projects. As a corporate speaker and facilitator, I love being able to move groups from their day to day thinking and see how their thought process changes with this type of surrounding. “This is absolutely the BEST hotel I've stayed at in quite awhile. The staff is SUPERB, so helpful and friendly! The room is so clean and well put together, the view wonderful (Capitol records roof top lighted tree was lovely!) The best part was how nice the staff was to my puppy, offering a comfy bed, bowls and treats! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the Hollywood area.”

I found this location to be a perfect location not far from a lot of things I wanted to see and do. Where the outside did not look kept up the inside was very clean with not bad smells. My room was clean and well maintained. Internet was fine and the service personnel were all great. It was very quiet at night and with the pool view I also had a view of the lake. Breakfast was OK but I miss the Belgium waffles. I highly recommend this location and will be staying there again. Please watch for the bad reviews as they are not all reliable. “Terese is the best! She will ensure you have a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning cool, and the location super convenient. The kitchenette was a nice touch as well. Beach chairs and towels were available and the price could not be beat. Ample parking and a Walgreens just down the road in case you need any snacks or toiletries. We stayed in room #7 - highly recommend.”

Be sure you read the rules carefully, there are a ton of them. Backing into parking spaces is prohibited if that gives you an idea of how the rules are here.”

“Very great family oriented place. People that usually stay here are here for a long while. It’s very comfortable, safe, structured and the management are very friendly and caring. I highly recommend if there’s a vacancy that you check it out. Also kid friendly, family friendly and pet friendly. And all around great place for a night, a week, a month or a year or more. Another thing I like about this place is that they keep cameras for the safety of their guests, and they are checked on a daily basis. If anything is going wrong they will step in and fix the situation ASAP. Me and my fiancé and our 8 month old daughter live here, my fiancé’s mother and father live in another room here, and my father and uncle with their two dogs live in another room in here as well and we have all been here for over a year and absolutely love it here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
