“First day was a little rocky, their card machine was down so they had to get a technician to fix it. No problem, Kenya, the housekeeping manager took us to our room until they got it figured out. If you're on the East side where the entrance is other than the lobby, in the rooms like 102, 202, and 302, you'll hear the door slam and it slams loud if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. The breakfast staff was patient with my little one. But what really makes this a great experience is with their HSK manager, Kenya, who went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Kenya.”

“Great job receptionist clerks Martha, Ari, Adrianna and the Housekeeping Staff! These ladies are always Earth Angels when I am here visiting the MoVal area. They make sure my stay is always exceptional! All the times that I have stayed here (in different hotel rooms) it has always been clean comfortable and quiet. If I needed any accommodations these ladies (mentioned above) and the housekeeping staff made it first priority to service my request. “Cheap rates. I paid $60 even for a king size room, and it was worth it, compared to the four or five other motels on this block. Much cleaner, everything worked, comfy bed, and safe and well lit. Ice machine and vending machines work, cheap laundry on site, nice sized clean pool. April, the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. She allowed us to check in early and just had a great attitude and personality! Great option for weekly stays as well!”

“Stayed there for one night, our room was very nice on the same level as the pool with a nice balcony. It had a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. The room was huge and shower was like a car wash, we really liked the shower. Hotel need a little loving, a little dated.”

“We just stayed at the Tiki Hut cottage in March 2020 for a glorious week. Now if you are the Marriott crowd then this may not be your thing but we loved the old school vibe, friendly people and staff and the most beautiful beach in the USA only 100 steps to the sand. It didn't hurt that the week was sunny and 80 every day. The kitchen has everything you will need. The bedroom has a comfy king bed with ceiling fan. Captain Al is helpful with questions and very Knowledgeable about the area. The hot tub is fun and there are umbrellas and beach chairs for guest use. Also has bicycles that we used everyday to explore the island. THE best part of this cottage is the Tiki hut/table in the front yard facing the street. Fun people watching while enjoying a cool drink. Thank you Captain Al, Terry, Amanda and staff! Hope to be back next year!”

Maria, the beautiful, cheerful front desk attendant, is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. There is not enough praise we can give, she is an asset to this property. Her manager Tim, is a complete pleasure to deal with, his professionalism and will to accommodate, it is no wonder why the staff is so great. “Take this from someone who never wants to take the time to leave a review (I felt compelled). My wife and I stayed here and had a truly unbelievable week. The resort itself is clean and quiet, however the location is perfect for a night on the town, all within walking distance (Johns pass...etc). We have in the past stayed in Cleareater, but everything is so distant and not fairly priced. After staying at IP, this will be our forever place (sorry clearwater :( ). The resort supplied water toys, beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach (beach was a walk across the street!). There was a couple days, we never even had to leave the resort, great people who were staying there and we enjoyed the company around the tiki area. Multiple grills for us to use, and again I cannot stress enough the up-keep of the resort. Get ready for us again IP, can't wait for next time, now having a lay of the land it will only be that much better. Strong recommendation.”
