“We came today to check Sir David’s out. We didn’t actually stay here(yet but def plan on it)we came for the day. It’s a nice quaint place to come and relax 2 Catch some Florida sun w/out that large crowds on the beach. While this place is still getting off the ground, the owners seem committed 2 offering an adults only environment. Room number 2(very clean, decorated very nicely)was being used as the bathroom as the public bathroom/sauna/locker room are was being updated. Plenty of seating areas w/outside refrigerator 2 put your cold drinks in as well. This place is making it work and I wish them the best as they continue 2 grow. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place as a get away for the day or a mini staycation.”

“The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was open! The only complaint is that they stop serving breakfast at 9am, which is pretty early, and they don't do in-room dining thereafter. They don't even have other meals other than breakfast. If this isn't important to you, then it's a good hotel. Just with a bigger and nicer hotel like this, you'd think they have room service ??♀️”

“1 Minute from airport - so that was really nice. My only complaint was a broken alarm clock and maids who were really loud the next morning. The room was clean, and had coffee and fridge There were no breakfast foods available. Staff was nice though. I would stay again if I was flying out of JAX.”

“Beach Haus is a stylish, clean, modern and perfectly located near the beach and local restaurants and conveniences. The best part is Elizabeth, the property manager, and her crew. She welcoming and very accommodating. She is available for every question or issue you may have, even if it has nothing to do with your stay at Beach Haus. You can tell she loves her job because she is so good at keeping everthing running smoothly and making sure everyone is happy! She is always quick to respond and open to giving out her number…beyond available! Elizabeth needs a raise! I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I may never leave! Whether you get to stay a couple nights or a couple of months, I think you’ll find that Beach Haus is a slice of heaven on what is truly a island paradise, Key Biscayne.”

“My wife and I have been staying here for years. This place feels like home away from home. I am a cancer transplant patient who requires a lot of care with constant trips to Mayo Clinic. The staff are so welcoming and amazing. They truly go above and beyond from the front of the hotel, to the kitchen, to the cleaning staff, and management in all aspects they really show they care. The hotel is really clean and it is very obvious they care about keeping it that way. I have to be so very careful as a transplant patient and I can tell you I feel very safe at this hotel. Not to mention that every room here is oceanfront view with balcony. It is such a blessing to be able to have this soothing healing view with the pain I feel through treatments sometimes. Our family thanks everyone of them and are very grateful for the last couple of years and years to come as I fight through this cancer. Thank you for allowing our family to feel like home away from home... :)”

“Kiona and Josh at the front desk were amazingly accommodating after a few mishaps out of the hotels control during Tropical Storm Eta. Breakfast was good! bacon, sausage, omelets, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal and etc. Breakfast attendants served you what you wanted and greeted you with a smile. Beds were super comfy with crisp clean sheets.”
