“Island Inn Beach Resort was AMAZING! The location, the view, and the room!!! Special shout out to Karen, she was the sweetest front desk representative I've ever met! She was helpful and really made us feel welcomed! Perfect birthday getaway! I am sure to visit again but will be sure to bring my own towels next time. *Negative feedback:: I was charged without being notified. First off, we left the room very clean! If they had a broom, the floor would have been swept too. When I called to see what the charge was for; He said I damaged property by a towel having blood on it. I was on my monthly and flowing heavily. When I dried off, some did get onto the towel. I've never been charged for basically being a woman. Something I CANNOT HELP. I truly can't believe how insensitive he was to what I was saying. It should be included in the fine print; Property damage includes accidental menstrual leakage onto sheets or while drying off. Ridiculous. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.”

“We arrived late and I'm sure we looked tired. The person that waited on us was kind and offered us water. What a nice gesture. Kindness goes a long way!! Beds were comfortable. Hotel was clean. This is what we look for in a Hampton. The lady at breakfast came around to tell us that she was closing it in 5 minutes even though it was after 9 am when they closed. I would like to see more gluten free options. One time a hotel had packaged gluten free muffins or maybe gluten free Katz donuts. Or a cereal and mark it gluten free like Cheerios or lucky charms. (the generics have wheat)”

“Thank you Mr. Roy and his lively wife. I drove from Maryland and all the motels were full. I prayed and went to Chalet. This couple got my room ready quickly due to me being so tired. They saw the look on my face and told me to park my car. The motel isn't fancy. The cost is 50.00. But it's clean. And that's what mattered. I'll be back!!!”

“Loved how spacious the 1 king bedroom suite w/fold out sofa was. I run a little function with friends and need a rather large area to work in. It was pretty much two rooms. More than enough room. It even had a sectioned off kitchen area. Their pantry by the main check-in makes it easy to pick up some quick drinks and snacks by just picking what you want and either paying the clerk or telling them to charge it to your room. The grounds, lobby, and room were immaculate and I'm extremely picky. Will stay there again for sure!”

“A great property in the heart of Treasure Island. My wife and three daughters enjoyed the spaciousness. Having the causeway 50 feet from the door for water recreation as well as the Gulf of Mexico a 100 yard walk was great. This property was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shops (grocery store) within walking distance was an added benefit. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to "get away" for a relaxing experience. We will be back for sure!”
