“Very surprised at the negative reviews of this spot, located on an extremely convenient, scenic, palm tree-lined street in Key Biscayne. Stayed in a two BR unit just above the private pool, which happened to be perfectly clean and convenient for an afternoon cool off/refresher. I sometimes think people look at stock photos and think they are stealing the deal of a century with Ritz-Carlton luxury at Motel 6 prices. If your expectations are reasonable, this condo will exceed them. Roomy, clean, with a small kitchenette that included pots, pans and dinnerware. Simple and quaint decor. No housekeeping service but again, this isn't a hotel. Book with confidence and enjoy.”

The two service folks asked great questions and showed me some options that I wasn't even thinking about that made sense for my space and wants. Due to their sale, I made a phone order after finalizing my decision (I purchased a sample and the color choice was spot on - although I wish the sample was smaller than a quart). The clerk ensured I understood the best options for the paint I was ordering. I went to pick up the paint, and even with the sale, I had sticker shock. I have never spent over $120 for 2 gallons of paint before. However, I purchased it as I did order it. I do want to support a local business over a box store. Lesson learned - ask price before actually ordering. Customer service was topnotch!”

“We had a great stay at PAG Beach house once again! Lisa’s attention to detail is amazing! The home is cozy and everything is provided down to the last detail. Bikes, beach equipment, grill, patio and chairs, wifi, 2 televisions, well stocked kitchen and the home is so clean! It’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and market. Bikes can be ridden all over the island. When we arrive we always say ahhh!”

“I had a great time here the gentlemen in the morning had a terrible attitude when I came to check on a reservation that my girlfriend had booked for us. The other two front desk workers were very pleasant and well mannered! The pool was absolutely perfect and the sun amount was perfect with shade as well if you need it! I would definitely recommend this hotel but also recommend working with guests better on early check-ins this might bring more steady business! But all in all definitely worth the experience at this beautiful location.”

“Update 11/13/2021 - Still a great hotel with exceptional service - Melvin at check in was quick to greet when coming in, very engaging during the check in process and even offered a bottle of water. Bistro is still closed - will be open soon. Courtyard Hotels are by far the best hotels for business travelers. The focus on the lobby with seating areas are always well done. ------- Love staying at Courtyard. No "free" breakfast - but if you knew where those come from and how they were prepared, you would agree.”

“My husband and I are very satisfied with the service of the Residence Inn Marriott hotel located at 5050 Ulmerton Rd in St Petersburg Clearwater, FL. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. They have very nice and spacious rooms, where they have fully furnished kitchen area, guestroom area, comfortable beds, nice TV that you can turn any direction, fire place, etc. The outdoor area around the hotel is very well kept and clean even though this hotel is pet friendly. I am enjoying walking my cat on the leash here. All three of us enjoying our vacation in Residence Inn by Marriott. When we travel next time we will definitely choose Marriott again and again. “Great place to stay on the road. Priced well within reason. Looked for a place to stay in Jacksonville FL and found this place. Could not ask for better or Friendly staff. Has LP Gas refill station and laundry. Hospital within 3/4 of a mile just past overpass. This makes me feel good because I have a health condition and all within a 1/4 mile from the interstate exit. Food stores not to far eather. I will be staying there again. I stayed there for about two weeks and felt safe. There are some long time rental spaces there also.”

“As yummy as I remember it when it was still Harpoon Louie's. Casual hole in the wall. Great outdoor seating by the water when the weather is nice. Love the blackened fish sandwich with the vegetable medley. My husband loves the Carl's way wings. The kids menu is also fun with menu items named after typical responses that you hear from kids, "I'm not hungry", "I don't know", "Blank Stare" ...? All in all a great place to grab a drink at the bar or have a meal with the family.”

“Overall, we had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were a breeze, the pool was clean, etc. The pool temp was perfect. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was also quiet during our stay, which was Sunday-Tuesday. No issues with noise. Pool towels, beach toys, and bikes were available. The beach is just a short walk. Our 3 year old loved the pool toys and connect 4 game that they had set up. The only thing we noticed is that our room could have used a deep clean. The couch had a large stain. They offered to move us, but we had already started unpacking after a long flight. The door handle in the bathroom was also busted. The website also says that daily towel service was included, but we did not receive this and had to request extra towels. However, the experience was overall pleasant.”
