“Room was adequate for our needs with a refrigerator and microwave. Good hot breakfast each morning. Balcony facing the ocean was nice for beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the ocean but not all rooms are oceanfront. Staff was pleasant and was a convenient location for day trips to St. Augustine to the north and New Smyrna Beach and the Canaveral National Seashore National Park to the south. Limited parking with one car per room.”

“What an amazing space for a timeshare! We enjoyed a 2 bed/2 bath condo with all sorts of amenities. 3 pools and a lazy river, plus it’s literally right in the beach. You can stroll on the boardwalk for hours, sit or play on the beach or swim/relax by the pool. Lots of activities to partake of via calendar that is provided. Restaurants, shops and entertainment all within walking distance!”

“This resort was lovely. The staff beautiful. The happy hour every day great! The bed was comfy, the room was nice and quiet. Except for the late night hours with the bikers zooming through the streets very loud.. My only complaint is they charge for everything,self- parking, breakfast, amenities, with the prices of the rooms they could allow a meal complimentary.. Just saying. But that’s it. My birthday stay and play was great! That’s why I didn’t give a higher rating..”

“This was a very beautiful resort with an awesome view of the beach. One thing I will say is eating at the Tiki bar they had outside was good and bad. The food and drinks were great and the bartender did awesome making drinks. The bar manager or who ever was making food (His name was Cort), was very VERY rude to the other workers there and would continue to talk down and belittle literally everything she did the entire time I was there. It’s really sad to see that he was not supportive of his coworkers and It was uncomfortable to see him treat her the way he did, I really hope he isn’t anyone’s manager by his attitude. Hopefully they will teach him how to treat and lead fellow employees.”

“I do so apologize...I usually don't make mistakes...however P&J...I experienced a ....Star...Typo of sorts....I have corrected the error..and smashed that ole tired phone that caused the uh...Snafoo...Now without further Adooo... Shall we.... We met the owners upon this meet we had a real good feel about them and the place.. And disappointed we were Not... They put us into a very nice RV... It has war marks so to speak ... Don't we all... The most appealing two things about this place that I will always come back and stay is... Safety ..they are completely fenced in and electric gates with code... Clean...The owners are out and about during the week and all weekend every weekend... Performing ...cleaning the grounds..repairs to anything that renters may need.. The grounds are very neat... Pets...yes they allow them ...as my pics show ole Rover he just a year old or so now...he weighs bout ninety pounds..the owners welcomed him in... They also offer a very new model pontoon boat which is for daily rental ...This is very nice as you can enjoy the largest lake with your family for a very reasonable price.... The piers the have four...yield bass five pounds and up... This place has earned this lengthy but all deserving review.... Bring your family ...feel safe...and have fun here with P&J....”

“The owners are great people...The RV..we rented was practically brand new....very clean..and stocked with everything ones family would need for cooking and eating all meals with...They provide you with towels..washcloths...face towels...foot towels...They provide WIFI...Cable T.V. and if one should need propane..well they keep the bottles full all times...free ...They have an outdoor Full Shower facility...very clean..secure...modern...overall our stay was a very pleasant one...and pets are welcome...as my Lil pup was ...”

“Ronny's RV "Ranch" is a dated Mobile Home Park. Marlene the Property Manager makes this property very nice! She is kind, pleasant but makes sure it does not get run down. Marlene manages workers, vendors and outside contractors with an eagle eye and makes the place run. The full-timers at the park are real salt of the earth. I never worried about theft or any other things. The children that live here are well behaved and quiet. I stayed here for over 2 months and enjoyed it! A low cost gem for a night or a month! Mostly because of Marlene!”

Although the business center was closed, I was able to email my documents to the front desk personnel and they printed out my paperwork for me. The restaurant in the lobby appeared to be closed; presume because of covid.”
