“We are very satisfied with the efficient way Milo assigned us our RV space and on very short notice. We had signed up at different storage lot sight-un-seen. When we showed up it turned out to be a dive and when one of the four sheriff officers on scene investigating a crime advised us not to park there, we were in a bind at 5pm on a Friday night. “I wish our storage space was as nice as Darlene. The overhead door didn't move very easily and there were a couple of loose boards right in the doorway that dropped 2-3 inches when stepped on. The facility is very well lighted but inside the unit there are no lights.”

“This is a beautiful place to go for a walk, get out of your head and enjoy nature. It’s a great place to get down to the river and walk along the shore. I love the sound of the water and there are many types of birds and other wildlife. The main dirt trail is well marked and you can also walk on the paved AMERICAN RIVER TRAIL as well. I felt safe walking here alone. You’ll see a few people here and there fishing, riding bikes, hiking or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. A great place to go in the spring time in Sacramento!”
