“Christopher Starr, the location manager went above and beyond to help us. We were scheduled to move our entire house furnishings into two PODS located at the Jacksonville storage facility. Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible. “I was skeptical at first as I thought the prices were higher than just renting a U-Haul and packing myself but i needed to move slower and that would have cost more. Also I considered a storage unit and the thought of moving from the house to storage out of storage to the new house seemed incredibly labor intensive. I was happy to not be rushed and move things from my house to my pod and when I was ready it was great for someone to pick up and set it right where I needed it at the new house. “Easy to set up, they keep the grounds super clean, almost always a flat dolly in my building for ease of moving stuff in and out. Everyone in the office there is super friendly, professional. The only complaint I have is one day they closed my building down with no access for painting I wasn't informed and went by to pick something out of my storage and couldn't access. That's only happened once. I get an email once my payment is posted. Super easy to work with these folks.”
