Ms. Sheila made me very comfortable and she was very detailed with explaining the gate access, the way I would have to drive up to my storage (it’s in a tight spot in a corner) and she also help me out with a pad lock. We had a heart to heart moment in the office and I really appreciated the listening ear. I’d also like to mention that she loaned me her charger because my phone died. Due to COVID, we left our vehicle sitting at our marina lot parking space for much longer than planned, so when I called United Car Transport to ship her back to MT, I couldn't even say for sure the vehicle would start. Moreover, the marina parking lot was far too small for a normal auto transport truck to access, so logistics were a little tricky. Gil at United Transport handled everything; within a day of my call, he had the truck safely stored at his facility and delivered to us 2,700 miles away within the week, for a very affordable rate. It was our first time shipping a vehicle cross-country, so we were a little worried, but Gil was very competent, professional and reliable. We will definitely work with him again.”
