“I have rented storage units mainly with Public Storage over the past 30 years But I have NEVER had the WOW experience like I had with Extra Storage- It started out when i called and spoke to customer service rep Cameron located in UTAH- Cameron was so courteous and went well beyond closing the deal with Extra storage. Being a owner of my business I would hire him Immediately. Then a few hours later I received a call from the unit manager I believe his name was Brian who called me 3 times to go over my move in and repeatedly saying I want your experience here to be a great one and your move in to be smooth- He was GREAT!. I actually thought to myself that if I did not own my company this would be a company I want to work for- Extra Space GREAT JOB!! You have a customer for life!!!!”

“The assistant manager Nartha was amazing. I reserved online, received a phone call shortly after and an appointment to show the unit fee hours later. She kindly stopped her lunch when I arrived and took care of the business. Extremely knowledgeable, fast , efficient and professional. She performed at the level of a manager , showing also all the interest in the Heath and success of the business and the care of its customers, so much so that I asked her if she was the manager. I have a soft spot for professionalism and when I see some, not that often unfortunately, I must try to reward. Thanks so much Nartha, May be they should really give you a full unit to manage !! I needed a condenser and compressor; the price quoted was extremely competitive based on industry standards. Ultimately the shop saved me some money by servicing the condenser instead of replacing it. Some shops might have left that fact out and kept the extra money. Integrity is important to me. “Nicole & Mercedes assisted with booking our large group. Both were very nice and easy to work with and were very accommodating. They accommodated with early breakfast than the norm 7am start due to early games. They accommodated with any questions we had. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. Overall the hotel was nice, clean, has several amenities, gym, multiple washer and dryers, bar, pool, etc. We would stay here again.”

“1st Coast Express definitely delivered on our move. From first contact the communication was there even moving the move date back and forth for me based on my apartment being ready sooner. Arrived with all the items needed to move us with out damaging anything. Price was very reasonable and exactly what we discussed over the phone. Had some great conversations with the owner Akeem during the move he was always very respectful and knowledgeable about moving us in a timely manner. My daughter said it would have taken us two days to move all our stuff they did it in a couple hours. 1st Coast Express did such a great job when we live in our forever home end of year they will be moving us again.”
