Justin, the sales rep, was extremely thorough while putting together my inventory list over the phone. When it came closer to my move date, I spoke with Jack, and we went over the whole estimate to make sure nothing was missed. He was very helpful because there were a few items I missed initially and some items I decided not to take. Speaking with him was great because this ensured the correct amount of space was saved for me on the day of the move. When the movers arrived, they were very professional and took great care of my items by wrapping items and taking apart furniture to make full use of the space on the truck. Kudos to Chris and his crew for a phenomenal job on pick up and delivery. I have moved many times over the years, and J&H was the best experience I have had!”

“The Team at Rodi were the best movers we have ever had! They were punctual, professional and friendly through out the very 'hot' and humid moving day. We were doing this move 'remotely', as we live in Spain and our local Real-estate agent in Key West was there to supervise. The team were courteous and very proactive throughout the day and were there to assist with questions or problems concerning our packing needs. We had a lot of personal belongings and fragile china, which we understand they were very attentive to ,when packing. “TLDR: On time delivery, excellent service - with continued excellence over the phone. JB Hunt delivered by Joybird order, two chairs. They sent an email survey to setup delivery, then followed up with a reminder call and a delivery window the day before - 1 to 5 pm. The delivery team called me 10 minutes before arriving, which was just before 1 pm. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and were efficient in unloading my items. After navigating them through our apartment building, they got the chairs in place and started to set them up. They worked carefully to assemble my chair legs as well. The one chair leg would not go on properly and they explained the issue in detail. Their advice was to refuse delivery of the chair and contact Joybird support, which I did. While there was an issue with my delivery, I can't see how JB Hunt was at fault. My only regret was that I didn't get their names, because I would ask for them again every time. EDIT: More great service from JB Hunt. While I'm still dealing with a nightmare from Joybird, Mik at the JB Hunt call center was amazing in helping me get my redelivery scheduled. I continue to be extremely happy with their service.”

Well, I finally lost the battle and decided to hire a professional for the first time. It’s difficult to explain how much of a difference it is after years of “believing” I was doing a good job vs. what it is actually supposed to look like.
