“I didn't really visit the park I live across the street I drive by it every day for the last 29 years. My son grew up in that Park period back then the swings were animals. The daycare center was still there pretty much looks the same.”

“Something for everyone. Huge playground with several play areas for toddlers/young kids/older kids. Spacious grounds for running around. Splash pad is more like a few animals spraying mist but it's cute and fun. Playground is a large open area with not much tree cover so wear sunscreen/hats. Carousel is fun. Costs $1 per person per ride. Cash only I believe as you buy tokens from the vending machine. Older children can ride by themselves as the horses have belts. Museum is fantastic. Two exhibit rooms with lots to see and do. Whole museum visit (for first time) was probably about 1 hour. Free admission with a donation box by the front door. Easy access to washrooms and parking (free). Picnic areas also.”

“Liked it better when it was free but it's not too pricey. Plenty of parking and pretty easy to navigate. The park is excellent with picnic tables and kites and food trucks.”

“Pool is usually clean, except for when the iguanas poop on or near the steps. The lifeguards are excellent! Especially Barbara! But seriously, I would give a 5 star if you could relocate the iguanas!”

“Fun park for kids with a large playground structure covered in things to climb, slides etc etc. Great for kids of all ages. Also a pavilion and another covered seating area, plus a huge green to run around in. As a bonus it's almost always quiet when we go there, so you have free reign. It's our go to park with our one year old.”

“Airport Lakes Park is located a short distance from Orlando International Airport and offers a few options for outdoor entertainment. There are soccer fields, a nice playground for the kids, walking trails through a well shaded path and a disc golf course with 4 distances to choose from, 2 pads, 2 baskets ea. Most of the holes on the course are under the Live Oaks which provides great shade during the hot summer months. In the back of the park is a nice long dock stretching out into the lake with a covered gazebo at the end making it a great spot to capture photos of jets approaching the runways at MCO.”

“A little known and hard to find natural gem located between the intercoastal and A1A in Ocean Ridge at Corrine St. Walkway and boardwalk lead from A1A to observation tower and floating boat dock on the intracoastal. Native plants and animals abound. Warning...there is no local parking. One must walk, bike, or boat to the area.”

“One of the nicest, most secluded, hidden gems in the heart of Winter Park. It overlooks a lake and is great for sunrise and especially sunset. It is a great place to get engaged, take pregnancy photos, and even get married at either the bridge with the water fountain, the semi-circular coliseum, or the wooden dock. Not to mention all the cool very tall trees and the beautiful flowers that bloom in the Spring. Dogs on leashes are welcome, but beware there are a lot of squirrels they will want to chase.”

“Unfortunately, we walked here after brunch and got stuck in the rain. However, the big pavilion saved as while we waited it out. There was lots of others doing the same, but more than enough room, it really is spacious and has lots of benches and open areas. Beach was pretty too, nice white sand for the most part and of course the beautiful blue water.”

“It's terrible. No parking. There's seaweed everywhere. The locals were so rude! Haha just kidding. It was beautiful, even in the rain. Good spot.”
