“Not gonna lie. I was only here because I work for the city and we had to clear the ditch that runs behind the baseball field. I didn't even know this park was here. Now that I've seen it I love it lol great space to let your kids or pets run around. Clean and nice especially if the weather is nice. Quiet nice park. Nothing too special but nice and in the nice Shore Acres neighborhood”

“We just had my daughter's wedding in the garden and reception inside over the weekend. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The price was perfect. The ladies I worked with are extremely professional. I hired someone to hang lights from the ceiling and it looked magical. It's like a blank canvas inside so you can decorate for your own style and vision. There are two stoves and two refrigerators so you can do your own catering or hirer someone. We hired a mobile bartender and had a DJ As Well. We had seating set up for 112 and could have easily had 150. Plenty of room. It's extremely clean inside. The wedding in the garden area was like a dream. It was truly beautiful. As the mother of the bride, I wanted it to be the perfect day and I feel it was just that. I would recommend this place for any event.”

“Photos I saw had me thinking this was a huge sprawling park. Actually, it's a small cozy place. Lots of trees and shade, a scattering of strategically located picnic tables, a kids play area, public bathrooms and a scenic view of the marina and local businesses. I had a nice cigar after lunch. Lot's of folks eating their lunch, walking dogs, riding bikes, exercising and relaxing. If your in the area, a nice spot to chill with plenty of free parking. Nicely located near the busy business and marina area of Dunedin, where tons of local eateries and shops reside.”

“Excellent camping spot. Went late March. Very little mosquitoes; sites have partial shade. Stayed at spot #61 K. Facilities are clean and accessible-plentiful. Hot showers in two bathrooms. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Staff at check in and front was super helpful. Would stay here again! My kid loved all the birds( cardinals) and wildlife ( including tiny wild rat) coming by our campfire.”

“A good little park for families in the nearby apartments or housing neighborhoods. We used to bring kids here when I worked at a summer camp program. There is a trail for walking that splits a couple ways, picnic tables for eating, and benches for resting. A swing-set and jungle gym for kids to play on, an open area for playing frisbee or perhaps having a game of soccer with friends, and a basketball court with 4 hoops. Occasionally you'll see organized games on the courts. Plenty of shade thanks to the trees, in addition to the shaded building with extra tables. The maintenance is decent, could be a little better. Occasionally all bathrooms are completely inaccessible during hours of operation with no signs or explanation.”

“My favorite somewhat private/public beach., besides Lowdermilk Beach in Naples. Plenty of shells. Clean bathrooms, always parking, even on Saturday. You can pull your car up to front gate and unload all your stuff so you don't have carry all your beach stuff a long distance. It's a very quiet and nice area, barely anyone on beach. I Discovered this when siesta key beach was so packed, I got anxiety from trying to park and drove away trying to find a better beach and somehow discovered this one. Glad I did.!”

“The staff is amazingly knowledgeable as to everything in wild Florida. They are so kind, attentive and very caring! There's lots of beautiful animals. They seem to really love their sanctuary. The boat ride was incredible!!! Got to see birds, alligators and fish at every corner. The driver can spit them right away!!! BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! Sure will do it again.”

“Nice Boating Dock and Park. Great spot to launch from. However, lots of people have very poor manners and attitude in launching edict and boat launching. Expect to spend some time trying to launch your boat and to get it out of the water. People will try to cut in front of you on land and in water. Tempers will rise and violence is usually threatened. Please keep your cool. I recommend the staff try to get some police presence. Overall it's an okay place.”

Very scenic with live oaks, long needle pines, marshy areas, sandy areas, along the road, through the trees, all on a beautiful 73 degree day. Highly recommended.”

“Beautiful place to relax. I love how clean the water is. The place is well maintained, no trash around. They have kayaking activities and boating as well. The sand is beautiful. They also have tables set up and bbq for families to enjoy. The entrance is only $6 per car. There’s also have a river/lake where visitors kayak and boat.”
