Folks fishing on the pier, children playing in the wonderful playground, others enjoying the lovely swimming pool, folks gathering together for leisure Sunday's meals and the beautiful river front for a lovely walk. “This preserve is on a back road sort of between subdivisions. There are no signs pointing the way, just a small sign out front. This preserve was somewhat overgrown but several paths were moved and volunteers were working on cleaning up the day I was there. Well marked trails. Some be chest were sagging and overgrown, so a good cleaning and clearing will help. I endorse the 'natural' scape but being able to walk and see is good too. I felt safe and the place was peaceful. Several ponds. Oaks, pines, cypress, palms and cedars. This is a jewel squished between subdivisions and lonely roads. Highly recommended. Also has handicapped access but no restrooms or water/food.”

“This park is lovely! My preschooler wants to come back over and over. The only complaint I have is that the boardwalk appears to be railed in, but if my children (2 and 4) stood on the lower railing and slipped, they could fall right out into the pond. I wish the bottom of the railing was attached instead of having a big hole there.”

“Beautiful, clean beach. $5 parking... did I mention cheap, $5.00 parking ALL DAY. Don't pay overpriced parking elsewhere. Family friendly beach! Close to jet ski's & other water activities. You can rent chairs further down on the beach. Chair rentals are a bit high priced at $35 for lounge chairs. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk, be safe & enjoy the beautiful clear water.”

“I am part of a Neil diamond tribute band and we played at Seminole City Park the place was packed a Pinellas Park police officer had to block the entrance so as to not let any more people in because we were at full capacity. I feel really bad about that because I'm sure there was a lot of people that drove for quite a while to come and hear us and they couldn't but, the people at Seminole City Park were just absolutely wonderful. I hope to play there again soon”

“Great campground. Campsites are far enough apart to feel somewhat private. You don’t have to hear your neighbors conversation. Completely surrounded by trees. My Second day here I had 3 deer walk through my campsite. The campground overall is shaded so bring your mosquito spray. Picnic tables and fire pits at each campsite. One bathroom with toilet at main entrance is very clean and well supplied. It’s not a far walk from any of the campsites but not a trek I would make at night. Lots of lightning bugs to watch on July evenings. Surrounded with Florida swampland. I’ve seen wild turkeys, rabbits, turtles, quail, a lot of birds and deer. This is the real Florida and it’s hard to beat the price.”

“Beautiful place and love the atmosphere. I would suggest not going during Florida’s rainy season. Most of the sites were flooded and swampy. We had a concrete pad, but only the premium sites had this. Also lots of noise from the race track on 64 throughout most of Saturday night. I would suggest you come in the winter and not come when the race track is open.”
