“This dog park is very clean. There is lots of parking and lots of places to walk around. There are 2 sides: one for small-medium dogs and another side for large-XL dogs. They fumigate often and they also have bathing stations. There is also a play ground! I highly recommend this dog park. The space is also very big giving lots of room for many dogs to run around.”

“Amazing experience! The air boat ride was pretty awesome, but I just wished they made it a bit longer (roughly 30 mins) and spent a little bit more time at the last area so we could spot more Gators and other wildlife. The show was really cool and informative. Don't forget to bring some spare change and you will get to take pictures with a baby gator. The walking trail was also nice but short. The staff were really good and friendly, full marks to all of them.”

“Such a beautiful scene. So many alligators ???? Walks and other activities are a must. A bit difficult on certain sections to roller blade but biking and walking is the safest route to avoid a fall. A few people around but everyone minds their business and enjoy this beautiful scene.”

I have read some of the previous reviews,and it's very clear to me that these are residents that are trying to make management look bad because they only follow the rules THEY want to, and may have been told more than once to get they're issues fixed. Rules are simple and must be followed to keep this campground, Motels, and permanent residents areas in some sort of order to make everyone happy. Miss Laura and her husband Tom would give you the shirts off they're backs so if you are planning to come visit, ignore the retaliation reviews because this park has the Most beautiful sunset we have ever seen, and the Lake, well those reviews speak.for themselves! Come see for yourself.”

“I just love this old fashioned store/post office. It is an historical building. Shelves are loaded with a large assortment of old fashioned canned goods, candies, cookies even soda pops. They have rocking chairs out on the front porch and we buy a drink, rock, and talk.”

“A great place for hiking. They also have campgrounds and trails for horses. Paths are well marked and much of the trail was shaded. Seemed to be many miles of trails to walk. No dogs allowed. This is a great free alternative to and right down the road from colt creek state park.”
