“I never thought my dog would go before me however she did. I had to call early that morning because she declined so fast however I still had school ( nursing ) and couldn’t miss class. They worked around my schedule ensuring I still got some sweet time with my girl for the last few moments. I live 55 minutes away and would never think to take my dog anywhere else to be taken care of. It is a drive but it is a drive definitely worth taking! “While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”
