“Just finished three months of physical therapy at the Ponte Vedra Beach office, under the excellent care of Lane, Derek, Amy and Andrea. All worked with me on flexibility and core strength, to deal with sciatic pain. I learned new stretches and exercises that alleviated the pain with a conservative approach. I highly recommend this team, particularly at the 7 am sessions since there is no crowding. The location is convenient with plenty of parking.”

You’ll find that at times the location has more patients however, they are constantly on top of everything that is going on to keep the flow going and the wait to a minimum. “I injured both elbows and was referred to Hohman rehab. Really happy that I was too. Dr Sydney used her brilliant intellect to challenge me and help repair the screaming tendons. Her stretches and exercises are creative and produced results. She has a great team of folks too. Stefanie was quite kind and spent time working with me and throwing in just the right amount of chatting to help distract from the discomfort normally associated with physical therapy. Joe works closely with Dr Sydney too, supervising the patients and helping to keep it all flowing. The appointments were prompt, right on time. No real waiting to be seen. The place is clean and organized. I must say, over the course of my treatment, I think I had the opportunity to meet most of the doctors and staff. They are all fantastic. The receptionist greats you by name, says good morning with a smile. The staff share spirit week with themed days and I feel like I might have cast the winning vote for the pumpkin 🎃 painting contest. At the end of my treatment I feel like I made a couple of friends. “Anastasia Fitness is a real gem and while I might not give it a full 5 stars - more like a 4.7 - I felt a star rating like 4 stars would just be too low to accurately reflect what a great place this is, especially for those of us who live close by. As a swimmer, I appreciate the fact that Anastasia is heated in the Winter, and chilled by an aerator (when one of the seniors isn't shutting it off) in Summer. Super easy to reserve a lane, so gone are the days when members would try and shove 5 swimmers into a three lane pool. Kevin - the owner - runs a tight ship and always seems fair in dealing with members. I don't take classes, but it would appear they are usually quite busy and the members I speak with always seem to enjoy them. Plenty of weights in the weight room and racquetball courts for those who play. It appears they are even about to add a couple of pickle ball courts, so something more to bring me around. Members are very nice and seem to enjoy each other. Consider myself lucky to have a gym like this so close to home. Don't hesitate if you've thought of giving it a try. Extremely reasonable pricing, especially for what you get.”
