(September 20, 2022, 11:30 am)Every visit was filled with new things to correct/help my issue. I was realistically able to do the exercises at home which I have never experienced before. The team was/is amazing. I had to leave the area for a family emergency and cannot wait to get back and back the them at H2 Health Avenues!

(August 15, 2022, 7:19 am)From Sheila and the front desk to the PT's and even the trainee. What a stellar staff! Ginger, my PT, KNOWS HER STUFF! I've had multiple issues that were noticeably better quickly! I highly recommend for chronic issues. I was getting several migraines a week, but not anymore!

I’d like to thank Buffy for all of her knowledge, patience, kindness and for strengthening my core. I would like to give a shout out to Ginger. We only worked together one session but, she was very proficient at her job. Last but not least, I would like to thank Sheila for always be so willing to help with scheduling, payments and for her friendly good byes along with wishing me a great day or weekend. I highly recommend H2 Health!

You become family. They are kind , professional as well as compassionate. They are Awesome and Amazing. Shirley the secretary or intake person is awesome and kind also. Thank you so much 💙

They were compassionate, caring, and understanding in encouraging me to "put in the work" at H2 Health and at home to consistently perform my therapeutic exercises to recover sooner rather than later.
