If you like contractors who return calls promptly, come out quickly, do great work, and offer the most reasonable prices, this place is for you. I needed a hot water heater quickly. I had a list of 4 contractors to get quotes from after researching them all. The first and second ones quoted me nearly twice what Picard quoted, and were using inferior units. Contractor 3 never called me back. Picard came out the next day, was a pleasure to deal with, and the unit is working fine. They are my new plumber, no need to look elsewhere.”

She had been quoted, by another plumber, over $800 to install 2 sinks, which she already had in her possession. Nothing fancy, no cut outs to be made etc. Raimondi took care of her for a LOT less (not my place to say in this forum.. but it was VERY significant) and did a great job. She is quite happy. He answered our call while out shopping, came over within an hour (on a Saturday) and had our toilets working in just a few hours. “Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Would def stay there again and look forward to it. The only thing that they lost a star for was the pool was not heated as advertised. It was only in the 60s outside and the kids could not swim because the water was freezing. When asking the front desk staff they claimed it was heated, but that water was freezing!! Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.”
