We felt it was a nice apartment and super affordable, plus we knew some other students had been there and really liked it. Honestly, Emerald Run was an amazing apartment complex to be in! My roommate moved out and my husband ended up moving in and the process was made easy with Amanda at the front office. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, the other tenants were either very friendly or just kept to themselves. Amanda, along with Lyle and one of the maintenance guys, Jesse, made living there amazing. We moved out in summer of 2021 due to relocating for a job. I can fully recommend moving into Emerald Run Apartments!”

The units are clean and adorable. Just enough space for my 4 person family including a dog and all my house plants. The complex was clean and spacious, plenty of parking. It was so quiet and looked great. The owners drive bye daily to ensure that. Its in a perfect location for work in Sarasota or Bradenton. BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO MS KAITLYN!! She's the office manager and an absolute doll. She's was super helpful and even supportive to me during aost stressful time. She was reassuring and so kind. Thank you so much. “Amazing amazing amazing is all I can say!!! I didn’t want to leave. The condo was as big as a house and the residents made you feel welcome. Beach front only a few steps from the property. Our balcony was facing the inter-coastal waterway and it was so awesome to sit there and enjoy the peace, and then the boats, and the dolphins swimming around. The pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. Will return and recommend. Food and drink establishments within walking distance.”

“A great move in experience, friendly staff, and generally quiet neighborhood. The apartments themselves however are not the best. Mainly it's the A/C does not properly cool apartment during peak heat hours, repeatedly turns on and off, and does not adequately reach all rooms. Washing machine sounds like a jackhammer, flooring/trim definitely needs TLC/replacement, and was dirty with paint/etc on move in. Home for now but for the money I shouldn't have to suffer with these conditions. I have raised maintenance requests and while they have been responsive, none have truly fixed the existing issues at hand, just band aid solutions or basically being told there's nothing more we can do or by unplugging sensors. Not bad but not good either.”
