“Great location, right on the beach with private beach access (with motion sensor lights along the way). Pool was clean and well-maintained. All units have ocean views from the living room and master bedrooms. I'm all for smoke-free indoors, but to ban smoking outdoors on the property was a bit much for some of our group. There should be a community grill available as well, since they are not allowed to have them at each unit. This is a great place to stay on Amelia Island, I've been twice now and both condos were nice.”
