After a hurricane I noticed a small roof leak in my office and called them and they had maintenance out there and the problem repaired on the same day. They handle office and commercial properties as well as other properties in the central Brevard area with many located on Merritt Island. Even when due to unforeseen circumstances I became late on my office rent they worked with me. I would highly recommend Perrone Properties.”

“This place was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, nice pool, and great BBQ grill that is brand new. It has a gym and nice lounge area. Would definitely recommend staying the night before you set sail on a cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral. We were two families, and had plenty of room in a 3 bedroom, two and a half bath.”
