“Stayed in a 3 bedroom in Oak Island Harbour for 11 nights in November of 2018. The house was great, a 3 bedroom villa. Very close to the parks, and could be at Animal Kingdom in 5-6 min. Had an issue one day where the spa was suddenly down in water level, so I called, and it was fixed right away. Great customer care and in my case was all done via email. Have already recommended the company to numerous friends. Will 100% stay again.”

“My family moved to Emerson at Celebration in 2017 and truly have enjoyed everything that the complex has to offer. Since the beginning when we were searching for where to live in this area we had a great experience with Jonathan. He was very patient with us in our search for an apartment and found us exactly what we were looking for. We even came back a second time and he was great with following up. We are on the bottom floor unit and really do not hear much of the neighbors above us and the unit is very spacious and new. We love the pool area and the gym is brand new and always clean. Literally its only a few minutes from downtown celebration which was a huge reason why we decided to move here. I also have to say Felix has been fantastic. I have come to him on multiple occasions asking for help understanding the rental process and questions regarding statements and he has exemplified true empathy and helped us every time. He also has been very involved in getting the community to feel like family with great events every month that he attends. In summary, last year our family searched for over 3 months for where to live and we finally decided on Emerson at Celebration and until today we only have one regret which is we wish we had moved here sooner.”

“I must say I always rent from IPG directly never through Expedia. This gives you much more guarantee of house and if needed homes close by who better than the people that runs the properties. With this said I have always enjoyed the homes we rent expect the last but this is not IPG fault it is the home owner for lack of maintenance.
