The first thing I noticed was the LARGE amount of reviews on here, yellow pages, superpages, google, etc praising the work of Richard Wise. After finally meeting him yesterday after settlement, I now know why. His no nonsense approach to things is what is making the development succeed the way it is. Following rules, keeping the rules the same for everyone keeps the neighborhood safe and free from potential law suits - which cost the residents money if sued. “I cannot say enough positive things about this facility or staff. 5 stars just isn’t enough! Yesterday I had to give my huge final doctoral presentation to an in person and virtual audience... needless to say I was incredibly nervous about it. I am not knowledgeable in technology. They allowed my to test my equipment the day prior and had alll the connections I required to be successful in connecting with my remote audience. I was greeted with a Welcome sign welcoming me & they escorted my guests to my gorgeous presentation room. I am confident that they treated us just as they would treat their own family. Thank you Nick and Carol, from the bottom of my heart! You gave me several less things to worry about through your customer service, IT knowledge, and hospitality! “I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years and it has been a great experience! I never had any issues with the staff members. Everyone was very professional, respectful and had a smile on the face. Any issues or concerns I had as far as maintenance was addressed and taken cared off in a timely manner. I truly appreciate Kim for her help and time. She is very patient and does everything that she can to help, communication is key. It is a very beautiful complex, the amenities are great! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I have absolutely no regrets I wish I could have stayed longer!
