“I’ve lived here since 2017, in a 2 bedroom and now 1 bedroom. If i had issues with appliances they have been quickly resolved. It is a convenient location close to walk to shops and restaurants. This is a pet friendly community, office staff are extremely helpful. Rent is reasonably priced compared to other areas and the pools and grounds are kept cleaned. I would recommend if looking in the winter park area.”

If there is anyone that is more fair and morally conscious , I would have to meet him/her to believe it! The job of the property manager Is to carry out the wishes of the owner of the house that is being rented. Any complaint about the property manager 's handling of a situation should be directed to the owner, should it not? If the house was not maintained as the renter thought it should have been, it is the owner's fault . If the house was damaged by the renters, monies removed from any deposit would be at the direction of the owner. At least, that's the way it works in the northern states! Maybe the renter is bearing a grudge because he has something to feel guilty about ? It is wrong to sully a good persons name because things didn't turn out the way he wanted. You have to look at ALL the facts.”

Super clean, most comfortable reclining leather sofa for evening downtime, all the fixings for a perfect cup of coffee in the morning without having to run to the the store! Even disposable coffee cups I could take outside. With a full wall of sliding doors in the living room, you wake up to the most beautiful ocean sunrises! Shannon & Rick are wonderful hosts, clear communication leading up to and during my stay. I would definitely return and recommend to my friends who are looking for a place in New Smyrna Beach!”
