“This will be my 4th year at Water Mark, and overall I am very pleased with the staff and the complex. It's a very nice place to live, but the owners seem like they are reluctant to spend more than the minimum on maintenance. This leads me to believe that the property will not be in that great of condition long term. Also, a lot of the same items to tend to break in our unit do to the fact that everything is so cheaply made. I guess this is normal for an apartment building, but you always hope for more when something is advertised as luxury. The maintenance staff is exceptional, and I really feel like they try to do a good job. Edwin is incredibly helpful, and he routinely goes above and beyond on the maintenance requests. Again, my biggest gripe is that I think the owners need to give the staff more resources to ensure that the property is maintained.”
